1. Intermediary Commercial Role
Triwave Maritime acts primarily as a commercial intermediary, broker, and facilitator connecting shipowners, charterers, vessel managers, equipment manufacturers, and maritime service providers. Information provided regarding vessel positions, open orders, specifications, and freight indications are gathered from sources believed to be reliable but are provided without warranty of any kind.
2. Fleet Ownership & Asset Statement
Unless explicitly verified through registered ownership certificates, references to vessels, tankers, bulk carriers, or offshore assets represent commercially managed, chartered, brokered, or prospective operational tonnage. Triwave Maritime does not claim direct title ownership of third-party commercial fleets.
3. Non-Legal & Non-Financial Advisory Notice
Any consultancy, charter party structuring assistance (including standard BIMCO, NYPE, Gencon drafts), or freight negotiation guidance provided by Triwave Maritime constitutes commercial and operational support based on maritime industry practices. It does not constitute formal legal representation, binding legal advice, or regulated financial auditing.
4. Third-Party Services & Authorizations
Technical repairs, shipyard drydockings, specialized bunker deliveries, and classification surveys may be undertaken directly where legally permissible or coordinated through accredited partner yards, certified bunker blenders, and Class-approved contractors.
5. Limitation of Liability
Triwave Maritime, its officers, employees, and authorized agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or operational losses arising from delays, market freight fluctuations, port congestion, weather routing, or contractual disputes between external principals.
