Trywave Maritime Solutions Ltd. ("Trywave Maritime", "we", "our", or "us") operates as a premier maritime services facilitator, shipbroking desk, and technical support provider. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data entrusted to us by shipowners, charterers, seafarers, vendor contractors, and digital portal visitors in accordance with international data protection laws and maritime regulatory standards.

Information We Collect

Depending on the nature of your interaction with our portals and operations desks, we collect and process the following categories of data:

Commercial & RFQ Data

  • Company name, corporate registration, billing addresses.
  • Contact person's full name, corporate email, and telephone.
  • Vessel name, IMO number, call signs, DWT, and draft.
  • Cargo specs, laycan windows, and port rotation parameters.

Crewing & Seafarer Data

  • STCW certificates, CoC numbers, and seaman books.
  • Passport copies, Flag State endorsements, and transit visas.
  • P&I approved medical fitness records and vaccination logs.
  • Next-of-kin contacts and authorized salary escrow accounts.

How We Utilize Your Information

We process information strictly for executing legitimate maritime business mandates, including but not limited to:

  • Formulating accurate Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDA) and freight quotations.
  • Coordinating port entry clearances with Harbour Masters, Immigration, and Customs.
  • Sourcing, vetting, and deploying certified STCW crew under MLC 2006 guidelines.
  • Scheduling ISO 8217 compliant offshore bunkering stems and technical riding teams.
  • Verifying compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and Class society safety audits.

Third-Party Disclosures & Statutory Authorities

Trywave Maritime does never sell, lease, or monetize commercial client data or seafarer records. Information is disclosed solely on a strictly controlled, need-to-know basis to:

  • Statutory & Port Authorities: Harbour masters, pilotage boards, immigration, and maritime law enforcement for vessel clearance.
  • Flag State Administrations: Panama, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Singapore, and Malta maritime registries for endorsement authentication.
  • Contracted Service Providers: Approved bunker barge operators, Class surveyors, launch boat dispatchers, and airline ticketing partners required to fulfill logistical fixtures.

Data Security & Retention Protocols

We employ rigorous technical and organizational measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, restricted administrative access, firewalled server clusters, and encrypted database backups. Commercial voyage documents and crew service logs are retained only as long as necessary to satisfy contractual warranties, P&I liability time-bars, and statutory maritime audit requirements.
